由 Team Cherry 開發的《空洞騎士：絲綢之歌》（Hollow Knight: Silksong），即將在 9 月 4 日晚上正式發售，許多玩家都已經等不及在第一時間遊玩。而近日，根據外媒調查發現，今年 9 月預計發售的遊戲僅有 606 款，比起 8 月少了 3 分之 2，有大量遊戲都是選擇延期，可見《絲綢之歌》對其他遊戲的影響有多大。

《絲綢之歌》從宣布 9 月 4 日發售後，數十款獨立遊戲都接連宣布延期，不論是否有名氣，都不願意與之撞期，好一點的仍然在 9 月內發售，但大多數都是延期到 10 月。畢竟《絲綢之歌》開發多年的內容量，肯定不是短時間內可以全部通關，甚至還會有許多祕密需要挖掘。
Coax Adapter而最近就有外媒 The Gamer 通過第三方數據平台 SteamDB 發現，在 2025 年 7 月有 1,772 款遊戲推出，直到 8 月內也有約 1,716 款，甚至是今年 1 到 6 月份，每月的新遊戲都有超過 1,200 款。卻沒想到在《絲綢之歌》推出的 9 月份，數量直接大幅下降到只剩 606 款。即便往前幾年計算，從 2021 年 9 月 844 款開始到 2023 年 9 月 1,283 款，都只有越來越高的情況，從來沒有這麼低的數量過。
